ROAD TRAFFIC SAFETY POLICY

The Company’s Management, taking into account the Road Traffic Safety framework and its overall impact on the Company’s contribution to the elimination of road accidents, fatalities, and serious injuries, is committed to establishing a Road Traffic Safety Policy that:

  • Is compliant with the ISO 39001:2012 Standard, appropriate for the Company’s purpose, and provides the framework for setting its objectives and targets.

  • Meets the requirements for the continual improvement of the Road Traffic Safety (RTS) Management System’s performance and guides the implementation of the RTS management system.

  • Complies with all applicable legal and other requirements, as well as relevant standards.

  • Is clear and understandable, available as documented information, and communicated to internal and external interested parties.

The Company is committed to continuously improving its Road Traffic Safety performance and to maintaining ongoing communication with all its employees, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure their full cooperation in achieving common goals.

For this reason, the Company’s Management has appointed a Road Traffic Safety Officer, who will develop, review, monitor, and maintain the operation of the Road Traffic Safety Management System in accordance with the ISO 39001:2012 Standard, and calls upon all its employees and partners to actively contribute to the implementation of this Policy.

QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

 

The fundamental principle and commitment of PROMITHEAS ATEVE is to meet customer needs while minimizing its impact on the environment and ensuring the health and safety of its employees, always complying with applicable legislation.

The key objectives of PROMITHEAS ATEVE are:

  • The implementation of the projects undertaken by the company in accordance with its customers’ needs and requirements, ensuring the protection of the environment and the health and safety of its employees.

  • The absolute fulfillment of the company’s obligations as defined by the relevant contracts.

  • The continuous monitoring and control of project implementation, from the study and planning phase through to completion and delivery to the customer.

  • The ongoing improvement of the Quality Management System implemented within the company, with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction.

  • The provision of products that comply with the relevant legislative, regulatory, and standardization requirements, as well as with the quality objectives that PROMITHEAS ATEVE sets for its products and projects.

Key components of the Quality, Environmental & Health and Safety Management System are the precise identification of customer and employee needs and expectations, and their fulfillment through proper organization and the provision of the necessary resources.

To achieve the above, the Management of PROMITHEAS ATEVE:

  • Has adopted a Quality, Environmental & Health and Safety Management System (QMS, EMS & OHSMS) in accordance with the International Standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 (ELOT 1801:2008), which it applies to all activities that impact the quality of its services and products, the health and safety of its employees, environmental management, and customer satisfaction.

  • Continuously reviews and improves the characteristics of its services and products, where feasible, as well as the effectiveness of its processes and, by extension, the entire QMS, EMS & OHSMS.

  • Sets measurable and objective goals for quality, environment, and health and safety at the corporate level, at the process operational level, and with respect to services and products. These objectives are established and evaluated for their level of achievement during the Management Review of the QMS, EMS & OHSMS by the company’s Top Management.

  • Provides the necessary resources to ensure the smooth, efficient, and effective operation of every department within the company.

  • Invests in the continuous training, information, and education of its staff to promote Quality, Environmental Awareness, and Occupational Health and Safety in every activity.

  • Constantly seeks and applies methods and techniques for improving Safety and Health in the work environment.

  • Monitors, measures, and evaluates critical parameters and processes to ensure Quality, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health and Safety.
