This project was auctioned by the system Study – Construction. It is a Ministry of Environment and Land Planning of Public Works project and it is financed by the Public Investments. PROMITHEAS S.A. took on as subcontractor of the combine contractor, approved by the head of the project Ministry of Environment and Land Planning of Public Works/Restoration Office of Earthquake victims, the execution of a part of the project.

This part is the construction of a 5-store building of 22 apartments and a 7-store building of 27 apartments. The frame of the buildings is made by reinforced concrete C20/25 with 175kgr/m3 steel.

It is a modern construction as far its functionality and its architectural design.

• For fire protection, fire-protected apartments were constructed and were isolated by fire-protected doors
• The mechanical facilities were placed at the basement. The buildings have hydraulic elevators. The outer cavities are trailing aluminum with double glass and a protective sheet. The inner cavities are wooden pressed with outer solid door for each apartment.
• Each apartment has a living-room, a dining-room, two bedrooms and a w/c, as well as a central unit for hot and cold water which functions either with petrol or natural gas.

The project started in October 2005 and was concluded in February 2009.
